Most of the products we use are locally sourced and, especially for seasonal dishes, we choose fresh market produce.

Just as the sun is a point of reference for mountain hikers, the Cavallino bar is the meeting point of our hotel. Here you can sip some of the most prestigious South Tyrolean wines — and more. The wine cellar of Hotel Cavallino offers a well-balanced selection of white, red and rosé wines, sparkling wines and champagnes from South Tyrol, Italy and abroad.
Tastings take place in our brand-new cellar, built according to tradition: a refined space perfectly integrated into the alpine setting.
