Alta Badia’s weather follows a typical alpine microclimate.
A mild summer features daytime temperatures of 18–20 °C (64–68 °F) and nights around 10 °C (50 °F), with a still-mild September, followed by a cooler October with the first frosts. The first snowfalls in November announce winter.
Winter in Alta Badia is long and generally rich in snowfall. From December to February the average temperature is below 0 °C (32 °F), with night-time lows down to −20 °C (−4 °F). The diurnal range is marked. The dry cold is balanced by splendid sunny days: from December to March there are almost 100 sunny days.
In summer the warmest month is July; after mid-August the climate turns cooler, and September—with its clear, slightly crisp days—is known as “the hiker’s month.”

Saturday will continue to be mostly sunny with some passing clouds. The foehn wind will die down everywhere. Easter Sunday will bring sunshine with high clouds, and temperatures will rise to 17° to 24°. Easter Monday will continue with plenty of sunshine and a few harmless clouds. On Tuesday, it will remain very sunny, and the sky will often be cloudless.
